FPGA report of all power registers. See PS_RUN_PWR_FAULT-ERROR:* for all possible error types reported. The 'POWER_REGISTER_VALUE' in the event will be a hex number that represents the raw register value at time of error reporting, to be leveraged by NVIDIA for debug purposes. NOTE: numerous entires may be concatenated together in a single entry if multiple conditions are seen - i.e. "PWR_FAIL_GPU{0x1};PWRSEQ_FAIL_STATE{0xf};PWRSEQ_GPU_FAIL_STATE{0x5};PWR_FAIL_GPU_THERM_OVERT{0x2}"
