Viewing the CI Relationship among connected inventories

After importing the Lenovo XClarity One data into ServiceNow CMDB, mapping is done to create inventory relationships by the plug-in.

Procedure

To view relationships, complete the following steps.

  1. From the ServiceNow portal, click the All tab, search for “Lenovo” in the drop down-menu search field, and then click Lenovo XClarity One > XClarity One Servers to view all synchronized servers from XClarity One.
  2. Click a server to view the server details.
  3. Scroll down to see a topology of all components in that server.
  4. Click the Show dependency view icon (Dependency icon) to show the dependency view. The arrows indicate the direction of data flow.
