Backing up and restoring data on a Proxmox host

Backing up XClarity One
To create a backup of XClarity One using Proxmox VE , complete the following steps.
Log in to the Proxmox VE Web UI.
Select the VM in the left navigation tree.
Click the Backup tab in the main configuration window, and click Backup now.
Select the target storage pool from the Storage dropdown menu.
Select Snapshot as the backup Mode, and set the Compression option to ZSTD.
Click the Backup button to execute the task.
Monitor the console log window until it displays TASK OK.
Close the task log window.
Restoring XClarity One
To restore XClarity One using the backup that was created in the previous procedure, complete the following steps.
Log in to the Proxmox VE Web UI.
Select the storage pool containing the backup files from the left navigation tree.
