What’s new in the LXC1PSToolkit toolkit

Review this information to learn about enhancements to the Lenovo XClarity One PowerShell toolkit (LXC1PSToolkit).

Versions 26c.2 and 26p.2​

In addition to Microsoft Windows, you can install the LXC1PSToolkit on Linux and MacOS operating system.

Installation script was improved, including installing the toolkit in a custom directory.

The following cmdlets were added or modified.

  • Connect-LXC1. Added the -PortalCertificateFile parameter to specify the full path of a PEM-encoded file that contains the server certificate chain (server's certificate, intermediate and root CA chain certificates). Added the -WhatIf parameter to show what would happen if the cmdlet runs. The cmdlet is not executed. Added the -Confirm parameter to prompt you for confirmation before running the cmdlet.

  • (New) Get-LXC1OrgUser. Returns a list of users or a specific user in XClarity One portal.
  • (New) Add-LXC1OrgUser. Creates a user account in the XClarity One portal.
  • (New) Update-LXC1OrgUser. Updates a specific user in the XClarity One portal.
  • (New) Remove-LXC1OrgUser. Deletes a specific user from the XClarity One portal.
