Install an M.2 heat sink

Follow instructions in this section to install an M.2 heat sink.

Procedure

1. Install the M.2 drive into the heat-sink tray.
   1. Peel off the film from the heat-sink tray.
   2. Align the notch of the M.2 drive with the notch of the tray, the side with label of the M.2 drive facing up; then, slide the M.2 drive all the way into the tray.

2. Install the M.2 heat sink into the heat-sink tray.
   1. Peel off the film from the M.2 heat sink.
   2. Align the notches on the edge of the M.2 heat sink with the tabs of the tray; then, press the M.2 heat sink down to the tray until it clicks into place.
