The Lenovo Converged HX 2000 Series appliances for SMB arrive from the factory with the XPRESS Nutanix software license. This license lasts for six years from the date of manufacture and does not require registration at the Nutanix customer Web site. The Nutanix customer Web site contains information about the license types and expiration dates.
When you add additional nodes, regenerate and reinstall the license file into the cluster. To retrieve, install, and manage your cluster licenses, refer to the “License Management” section in the Prism Web Console Guide. To obtain the Prism Web Console Guide, see Nutanix documentation.
