Installing Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates

The following procedure describes how to install Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates.

About this task

Uses the Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager setup package (EXE file) to install the application.

Procedure

1. Go to Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates Web site.
2. Download the latest version of Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates.
3. Follow the wizard to install Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates.

   When the program starts, the Preparing to Install page for the Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates is displayed.

4. Click Next and the InstallShield Wizard starts.
   If it is necessary to stop the installation, click Cancel.
5. Click Next to continue the installation and proceed to the License Agreement page.
6. On the Destination Folder page, either click Next to accept the default installation directory or click Change and enter a new location.
   The Ready to Install the Program page opens.
7. Click Install to start the installation.
   The Installation progress page is displayed.

   When the installation is finished, the InstallShield Wizard Completed page opens.

8. Select one of the following options:
   • Click Finish to finish the installation operation.
   • Select Launch the Post Action of Lenovo System Updates for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager to start the Setup wizard for Lenovo XClarity Integrator System Updates.
