Complete the following steps:

  1. Check if PSU power cord is plugged.
  2. Reseat components in the following order, continue down the list if OV fault is not de-asserted: Power supply, Mid-plane, All Nodes.
  3. If PSU 12V OV Fault is still asserted, replace PSU.
