Remove the security bezel

Use this information to remove the security bezel.

Before removing the security bezel:
  1. Read the following section(s) to ensure that you work safely.

  2. If the server is installed in a rack, extend or remove the server from the rack.

To remove the security bezel, complete the following steps:
  1. Use the key to unlock the security bezel to the open position.

  2. Press the release latch and rotate the security bezel outward to remove it from the chassis.

If you are instructed to return the defective component, please package the part to prevent any shipping damage. Reuse the packaging the new part arrived in and follow all packaging instructions.
