Use this information to install a RAID super capacitor module.

Power off the server for this task

ATTENTION: Static Sensitive Device Ground package before opening

Before installing a RAID super capacitor module:

1. Touch the static-protective package that contains the new RAID super capacitor module to any unpainted surface on the outside of the server. Then, take the new RAID super capacitor module out of the package and place it on a static-protective surface.

2. Locate the holder for the RAID super capacitor module on the air baffle and note the orientation of the RAID super capacitor module.

1. Gently press and hold the tab on the air baffle as shown.
2. Insert the RAID super capacitor module into the holder on the air baffle.
3. Press down the RAID super capacitor module to install it into the holder.
