Complete the following steps:

1. Reboot system to setup.
2. If the problem persists, if SEL reports "not repaired by soft PPR", change PPR type to "Hard PPR" through setup “System Settings -> Memory -> HBM PPR type”, then reset system to repair the correctable errors by hard PPR permanently.
3. If the problem persists, check the Lenovo support site for an applicable service bulletin or firmware update for the system that applies to this error.
4. If the problem persists, collect Service Data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
