Scheduling automatic creation of Snapshot copies

You can use Storage Manager to set up a schedule for the automatic creating automatic Snapshot copies of a volume. You can specify the time and frequency of creating the copies. You can also specify the number of Snapshot copies that are saved.

1. Click Storage > Volumes.
2. Select the required volume and click the more icon .
3. Select Edit.
4. Scroll down to locate the Schedule Snapshot Copies(Local) Settings area.
5. Verify that Schedule Snapshot copies is selected and specify a snapshot policy.
6. If required, select Automatically delete older Snapshot copies.
7. Click Save.
