Creating initiator groups

You can use Storage Manager to create an initiator group. Initiator groups enable you to control host access to specific LUNs. You can use port sets to limit which LIFs an initiator can access.

1. Click Storage > LUNs .
2. In the Initiator Groups tab, click Create .
3. In the General tab of the Create Initiator Group dialog box, specify the initiator group name, operating system, port set, and supported protocol for the group.
4. Click Create .
