Flash Cache

You can use Storage Manager to manage Flash Cache.

  • Enabling or disabling Flash Cache
    You can enable or disable the WAFL external cache functionality for a storage system that has a PAM II card or Flash Cache module installed by using Storage Manager . You can enable Flash Cache based on the workload requirements of your storage system.

    You can use the Flash Cache window to enable or disable Flash Cache for a storage system that has a Flash Cache module installed. You can also view the read workload statistics.
