Assigning IP addresses to Service Processors

You can use Storage Manager to assign IP addresses to all of your Service Processors at the same time and to use these Service Processors to monitor and manage various system parameters of your storage systems.

1. Click Configuration > Cluster > Configuration Updates.
2. In the Service Processor window, click Global Settings.
3. In the Global Settings dialog box, choose the source for assigning the IP addresses:

   If you want to...	Then...
   Assign IP addresses automatically from a DHCP server	Select DHCP.
   Assign IP addresses from a subnet	Select Subnet.
   Manually provide IP addresses	Select Manual Assignment.

4. Click Save .
