Start volume group locate
The start volumeGroup locate command identifies the drives that are logically grouped together to form the specified volume group by blinking the indicator lights on the drives.
Supported Arrays
This command applies to an individual DE2000H, DE4000H, DE4000F, DE6000H, or DE6000F storage array.
Roles
To execute this command on an storage array, you must have the Storage Admin role.
Context
Use the stop volumeGroup locate command to turn off the indicator lights on the drives.
Syntax
start volumeGroup [<var id="GUID-4AEDAA11-EF34-4FEE-B084-074E915375AE__V1112052" className="keyword varname">volumeGroupName</var>] locate
