Settings

The Settings page is where you configure alerts, change system settings such as the storage array name, import certificates, enable premium features, configure drive security, and perform other system-wide functions.

  • Alerts
    You can configure System Manager to send storage array alerts by email, SNMP traps, and syslog messages.
  • System
    Use the System page to access and change settings that are applicable at the storage array level.
  • Access Management
    Access Management is a method of establishing user authentication in ThinkSystem System Manager . Authentication methods include RBAC (role-based access control), Directory Services, and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0.
  • Certificates
    You can use System Manager to create Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs), import certificates, and manage existing certificates.
