What do I need to know about the remote volume in an import?

If you have the Remote Storage feature, be aware that the remote volume is the volume from the remote storage array where the data originates.

When the import is in progress, the data is being transferred from the remote volume to the local destination volume. These two volumes must have a matching block size.
