Video Log

Click Logs & Reports > Video Log from the menu bar. The Video Log page is displayed.

The Video Log page displays available recorded video files (if the options have been configured). Entries can be filtered based on Filter By Date (Start Date and End Date).

  • For this configuration, go to 'Settings > Video Recording > Auto Video Settings > Video Trigger Settings.

  • Click on the icon at end of file to delete it.

  • Click on the filename to view other video options.

    • You can choose icon to download and save the video file in the client machine. The video will be downloaded in (.avi) format.

    • Click on the icon to close the video file.

    • Click on the middle icon to Play/Pause the selected video file.

  • The Video Remote Storage function is currently not supported (used to store video files to a remote file system). Video local storage supports up to 1 pre-event video and 2 post-event videos. The default recording time for post-event videos is 40 seconds.

  • In some cases, post-event videos may not be recorded successfully and will not be able to be played or downloaded. For example, the shutdown process time is too short, the startup process time is too long, etc.
