Multi-Factor Authentication settings

Use this information to understand and set the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your server.

The following information is a description of the fields for the MFA settings.
MFA Method for Web Login
Specifies the required combination of authentication methods for logging in through the web interface.
MFA Method for SSH Login
Specifies the required combination of authentication methods for logging in via the SSH interface.
Enforce MFA for all Local Users
Enable this check box to enforce MFA for all local users.
OTP Length
This field contains the length of OTP.
Valid Internal
This field contains how long the OTP will remain valid.
Tolerant Window
This field contains how long the tolerant window will remain valid.
Hash Algorithm
The following protocols are supported:
  • HMAC-SHA (default)
  • HMAC-SHA256
  • HMAC-SHA384
  • HMAC-SHA512
