Use this information to find solutions to problems that have identifiable symptoms.
To use the symptom-based troubleshooting tables in this section, complete the following steps:
- Check the IMM event log and follow the suggested actions to resolve any event codes (see IMM event log).
- Find the symptoms that you are experiencing in the troubleshooting tables in this section and follow the suggested actions to resolve any problems.
- If the problem remains, submit a service request (see Getting help and technical assistance).
