Events and alerts from ThinkAgile, ThinkEdge, ThinkSystem, System x, Flex System, Converged HX Series, and NeXtScale servers and compute nodes

Use these links to find information about hardware-related events that Lenovo XClarity Administrator can report for supported Lenovo servers.

ThinkAgile appliances

Refer to the documentation provided for your specific hardware. You can find the type of server in the appliances from the Lenovo Docs -ThinkAgile website. You can then find information about specific events and alerts for that server type by clicking the link for your hardware type, and then clicking Messages > XClarity Controller events from the left navigation pane.

For a list of messages that automatically open a Call Home service ticket, click Messages > XClarity Controller events > XCC events that automatically notify Support.

ThinkEdge SE, and ThinkSystem servers

Refer to the documentation provided for your specific hardware. You can find information about specific events and alerts from the Lenovo Docs -ThinkEdge SE website and Lenovo Docs -ThinkSystem website by clicking the link for your hardware type, and then clicking Messages > XClarity Controller events from the left navigation pane.
