Remove the flash power module

Procedure

1. Make preparations for this task.
   1. Power off the node (see Power off the node); then, disconnect all external cables from the node.
   2. Remove the node from the chassis (see Remove a node from the chassis); then, carefully lay the node on a flat, static-protective surface, orienting the node with the front toward you.
   3. Remove the top cover (see Remove the top cover).
2. Disconnect the flash power module cable from the RAID adapter.
3. Remove the flash power module from the holder.
   1. Gently press open the retaining clip.
   2. Pivot the flash power module to disengage and remove it from the holder.

4. If necessary, remove the flash power module holder.
   1. Lift and hold the release pin to disengage the flash power module holder from the node.
   2. Slightly slide the flash power module holder toward the pin; then, carefully pull it out of the node.
