- Restart the BMC, and then reboot the system.
- Perform AC reset.NoteWhen performing AC reset, after powering off AC, wait for several seconds before powering on AC. After AC power is restored, power on the host system.
- Retry the export of BMC setting.
- If the problem persists, collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
