Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Restart the BMC, and then reboot the system.
  2. Perform AC reset.
    Note
    When performing AC reset, after powering off AC, wait for several seconds before powering on AC. After AC power is restored, power on the host system.
  3. Retry the export of BMC setting.
  4. If the problem persists, collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
