Ordine e regole di installazione degli adattatori e delle schede verticali PCIe (modello di server con quattro schede verticali)

Utilizzare le informazioni in questo argomento per comprendere l'ordine e le regole di installazione degli adattatori e delle schede verticali PCIe nel sever con quattro schede verticali PCIe.

Nota
  • Le schede verticali PCIe Gen4 contengono solo slot PCIe Gen4.
  • Le schede verticali PCIe Gen5 contengono slot PCIe Gen4 e Gen5.
  • Le prestazioni potrebbero essere ridotte se una scheda PCIe x16 è installata in uno slot PCIe a 8 corsie.
  • L'avvio ROM facoltativa legacy è supportato solo sugli adattatori PCIe installati nello slot PCIe 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9 12 e 14
  • Gli slot PCIe disponibili dipenderanno dal numero di processori installati:
    • Con due processori installati: slot PCIe 4, 5, 6, 9, 12 e 14
    • Con tre processori installati: slot PCIe 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 e 14
    • Con quattro processori installati: slot PCIe da 3 a 14
  • Lo slot PCIe 11 non è disponibile se è installata una delle seguenti schede verticali PCIe:
    • x16/x8/Serial PCIe G4 Riser 2/C HHHL
    • x16/x8/Serial PCIe G5 Riser 2/C HHHL
  • Quando nel sistema è installato ThinkSystem 256GB TruDDR5 4800MHz (8Rx4) 3DS RDIMM v1, il numero massimo delle seguenti schede verticali PCIe è tre.
    • x16/x8/x8 PCIe G4 Riser 2/A/B/C HHHL
    • x16/x8/x8 PCIe G5 Riser 2/A/B/C HHHL
  • Quando nel sistema è installato ThinkSystem 256GB TruDDR5 4800MHz (8Rx4) 3DS RDIMM v1, non è possibile installare le seguenti schede verticali PCIe:
    • x8/x16/x16 PCIe G4 Riser D HHHL
    • x8/x16/x16 PCIe G5 Riser D HHHL
  • Se nel sistema è installato un ThinkSystem Intel E810-DA4 10/25GbE SFP28 4-Port OCP Ethernet Adapter, non è possibile installare altri moduli OCP.
