8999 - No enough PCIe/PCI MMIO resources

Not enough PCIe/PCI MMIO resources. Currently only one video card is enabled. Please remove some PCIe cards, or enter BIOS Setup Utility and enable “Above 4GB Decode” if using a 64-bit OS.

This error will be displayed when there is no enough PCIe/PCI MMIO resources following a reboot and with the attempt to initialize the primary video device to display this error message. This error will be displayed for at least five seconds before the next boot. Remove some PCIe adapters in Setup Utility to solve this error.
