The ThinkAgile SXN models include ThinkAgile HX appliances, network switches, and power distribution units (PDUs).

SXN3000 configurations​

The SXN3000 is available in either a 25U or a 42U rack. The product is available with the following ThinkAgile HX form factors:

  • 1U node

  • 2U node

  • 2U4N enclosure

    (42U rack only)
The 25U rack model contains the following hardware:
  • A maximum of 16U in rack space for the following:

    • Up to sixteen 1U ThinkAgile HX appliances.

    • Up to eight 2U ThinkAgile HX appliances.

  • One RackSwitch G8052 network switch, for the management network.

  • Two Top-of-Rack switches for the VM and storage networks.

    • RackSwitch G8272

    • ThinkSystem NE1072T RackSwitch

  • Two to four PDUs.

The 42U rack model contains the following hardware:
  • A maximum of 36U in rack space for the following:

    • Up to thirty-two 1U ThinkAgile HX appliances.

    • Up to eighteen 2U ThinkAgile HX appliances.

    • Up to eight 2U4N ThinkAgile HX enclosures.

  • One RackSwitch G8052 network switch, for the management network.

  • Two Top-of-Rack switches for the VM and storage networks.

    • RackSwitch G8272

    • ThinkSystem NE1072T RackSwitch

    • ThinkSystem NE2572 RackSwitch

  • Two to six PDUs.
