Cannot connect to the Lenovo Support website to download device-driver updates
Use this information to troubleshoot issues when downloading UpdateXpress System Packs (UXSPs) and device drivers from the Lenovo Support website.
Ensure that the Lenovo XClarity Administrator appliance port (eth0 or eth1) that is configured for management has internet access. For more information about network considerations, see Network considerations.
Ensure that all required ports and Internet addresses are available before you attempt to update device drivers on a managed server. For more information about ports, see Port availability and Firewalls and proxy servers.
