Downloading and using OneCLI on Windows

This section describes how to download and use OneCLI on Windows.

Procedure

1. Download the OneCLI zip file from Lenovo XClarity Essentials OneCLI Web site to the target server or to the system administrator workstation.
2. Copy the OneCLI zip file to the desired directory.
3. Decompress the OneCLI zip file by double-clicking it in Windows file explorer or using a decompression software.
4. Right-click Windows Command Prompt and select Run as administrator to launch Windows Command Prompt.
5. Switch to the directory in step 2, and run OneCLi.exe. All options are displayed.
