Key features
Lenovo XClarity Integrator Hardware Management Pack has the following key features:
Manage ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile, and System x servers through XClarity Integrator Service (out-of-band mode).
Manage ThinkServer and SR635/655 through XClarity Administrator (out-of-band mode).
Manage chassis through SNMP.
Manage System x servers through IBM Platform Agent (in-band mode).
NoteIBM Platform Agent does not support managing the ThinkSystem servers and other BMC-based servers installed with the Windows 2016 operating system or later versions. Therefore, it is not recommended to use IBM Platform Agent to manage servers.
Lenovo XClarity Integrator Hardware Management Pack contains several management packs. The following table provides the names, IDs, and the corresponding major functions of the management packs.

Lenovo XClarity Integrator Hardware Management Pack for Windows on Lenovo servers is required for the BMC auto-discovery and management function.
Lenovo XClarity Integrator Hardware Management Pack for BMC Auto Discovery Override is not included in the previous table. It will be generated in runtime.
