Troubleshooting and common errors

Review these common errors when troubleshooting issues with ServiceNow for Lenovo XClarity Administrator.

  • When registering a new Lenovo XClarity Administrator, if an error occurs with the MID Server, an appropriate error message is displayed. For this case, verify that the MID Server is running.

  • If an error occurs while retrieving inventories, error status is displayed in the Queue table, and appropriate logs are available under System Logs . Only users with admin privileges can view the logs.
