Collecting service data
Users can collect Lenovo XClarity Integrator logs and send to Lenovo Service for support.
Procedure
- Log in to LXCI appliance administration page (URL: https://[IP or FQDN]/admin). Click Service Data on the left navigation pane.
- If users can reproduce the issue, do the following:
- Select Debug from the Log Level drop-down list.
- Reproduce the issue.
- Click Collect Log. The Download Log link is displayed.
- Click the Download Log link to download the log and send it to Lenovo Service.
- After the problem is resolved, change the Log Level to Information.
- If users cannot reproduce the issue, do the following:
- Click Collect Log. The Download Log link is displayed.
- Click the Download Log link to download the log send it to Lenovo Service.
