Collecting service data

Users can collect Lenovo XClarity Integrator logs and send to Lenovo Service for support.

Procedure

  1. Log in to LXCI appliance administration page (URL: https://[IP or FQDN]/admin). Click Service Data on the left navigation pane.
  2. If users can reproduce the issue, do the following:
    1. Select Debug from the Log Level drop-down list.
    2. Reproduce the issue.
    3. Click Collect Log. The Download Log link is displayed.
    4. Click the Download Log link to download the log and send it to Lenovo Service.
    5. After the problem is resolved, change the Log Level to Information.
  3. If users cannot reproduce the issue, do the following:
    1. Click Collect Log. The Download Log link is displayed.
    2. Click the Download Log link to download the log send it to Lenovo Service.
