Collecting service data

Users can collect Lenovo XClarity Integrator logs and send to Lenovo Service for support.


  1. Click Service Data on the left navigation pane.
  2. (Optional) Enable Send LXCI audit logs to vCenter.
  3. On the Collect Log page, select the log level from the drop-down list.
    If required, users select Debug. Ensure to restore the log level to Information after problem resolved.
  4. Click Collect Log. The Download Log link is displayed.
  5. Click the Download Log link to download the log.
