Failed to import RAID configuration.

Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Check the following Lenovo Support site for information on supported RAID adapters. https://serverproven.lenovo.com
  2. Ensure that the RAID adapter, LXPM, and UEFI firmware are at the latest levels.
  3. Check the following path and ensure the driver health of the RAID adapter is normal. If there is a failure reported, follow the actions indicated in the message. LXPM -> UEFI Setup -> System Settings -> Driver Health.
  4. Check and ensure the data cables connecting the drives are correctly oriented and securely fastened.
  5. Ensure that the capacity of each drive in the currently imported server is not less than the needed capacity in your clone.xml.
  6. Ensure that the platform and RAID configuration is identical to the original configuration.
  7. Reboot the machine and retry the import of the RAID configuration.
  8. If the problem persists, collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
