Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:
- Check the following Lenovo Support site for information on supported RAID adapters. https://serverproven.lenovo.com
- Ensure that the RAID adapter, LXPM, and UEFI firmware are at the latest levels.
- Check the following path and ensure the driver health of the RAID adapter is normal. If there is a failure reported, follow the actions indicated in the message. LXPM -> UEFI Setup -> System Settings -> Driver Health.
- Check and ensure the data cables connecting the drives are correctly oriented and securely fastened.
- Ensure that the capacity of each drive in the currently imported server is not less than the needed capacity in your clone.xml.
- Ensure that the platform and RAID configuration is identical to the original configuration.
- Reboot the machine and retry the import of the RAID configuration.
- If the problem persists, collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
