Use the information in this section to learn about each of the components associated with your solution.
Identifying your solution
When you contact Lenovo for help, the machine type, model, and serial number information help support technicians to identify your solution and provide faster service.
The enclosure machine type, model number and serial number are on the ID label that can be found on the front of the enclosure, as shown in the following illustration.

The compute node model number and serial number are on the ID label that can be found on the front of the compute node (on the underside of the network access tag), as shown in the following illustration.
Network access tag
The Lenovo XClarity Controller network access information can be found on the pull-out information tag located on the front of the compute node. You can also use the information tag for your own compute node labeling information such as the host name, the system name and the inventory bar code. Keep the network access tag for future reference.
QR code
The system service label, which is on the top of the compute node, provides a QR code for mobile access to service information. You can scan the QR code using a QR code reader and scanner with a mobile device and get quick access to the Lenovo Service Information website. The Lenovo Service Information website provides additional information for parts installation and replacement videos, and error codes for solution support.
