Complete the following steps:

  1. Check the XCC event log for any fan, cooling or power related issues.
  2. Make sure fan and power supply unit / DC power source is installed correctly and clean.
  3. Make sure that the airflow at the front and rear of the chassis is not obstructed
  4. Make sure that the room temperature is in the range in the operating specifications.
  5. If the problem still exist and XCC event is related to power supply unit / DC power souce, check if the power supply unit / DC power souce is of the supported specification and functioning. If not, replace power supply unit / DC power souce with new units of the supported specifications.
  6. Once you finish the action above and can't solve issue, please contact Lenovo support.
