  • Bei einer hinteren 2 x 3,5‑Zoll‑/4 x 2,5‑Zoll-SAS/SATA-Rückwandplatine ist der 16i Adapter 1 auf PCIe-Steckplatz 2 installiert.

  • Bei einer hinteren 4 x 3,5‑Zoll-SAS/SATA-Rückwandplatine ist der 16i Adapter 1 auf PCIe-Steckplatz 3 installiert.

In der folgenden Abbildung wird die 4 x 3,5‑Zoll-SAS/SATA-Rückwandplatine als Beispiel für die Kabelführung verwendet. Die Kabelführung für die anderen Rückwandplatinen ist ähnlich.
