Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Ensure proper connection to USB/network drive and retry to export UEFI setting.
  2. Reboot and try the UEFI setting export again.
  3. Reflash the UEFI firmware.
  4. If the problem persists, collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
