Failed to load XCC factory default settings.

This message is reported when XCC factory default settings failed to be loaded.

User Action​

Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Restart the BMC, and then reboot the system.
  2. Retry this operation.
  3. Perform an AC power cycle. (Power off AC, wait for several seconds, and then power on AC.)
  4. Retry this operation again.
  5. If the problem persists, collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
