Software requirements
The Lenovo XClarity Integrator Add-in requires the software listed in this section.
Management nodes
- Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2012 SP1 (x64), 2012 R2 (x64)
- NET Framework 4.0 or higher version
- Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2019, 2016, 2012 SP1, 2012 R2
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 10.0.9200.17492 or later
- SQL server client tools connectivity (when SQL server is used as the database of Integrator Service).Note
To connect to a remote SQL server, install the SQL-Client-tools-connectivity program on the same server with XClarity Integrator Service. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-downloads to download SQL server. The SQL-Client-tools-connectivity program can be found in the SQL server installation image.
- Optional: SQL server 2008 R2 sp3 or later
To use the SQL server database as the database in XClarity Integrator Service, ensure that the SQL server meets the following requirements:
Version: SQL server 2008 R2 SP3 or later version
Authentication mode: SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode
Disk size: 10 GB free size for 100 managed servers, 30 GB free size for 500 managed servers
CPU and memory: Four-core 2.66 GHz processor and 16 GB memory (recommended)
To use the PostgreSQL database as the database in XClarity Integrator Service, ensure that the PostgreSQL meets the following requirements:
Version: 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 10.6, 11.1
Disk size: 10 GB free size for 100 managed servers, 30 GB free size for 500 managed servers
CPU and memory: Four-core 2.66 GHz processor and 16 GB memory (recommended)
