Use this information to plan for and setup Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator and resource managers in your data centers.

  • Setting up XClarity Orchestrator
    The initial setup of Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator involves installing the XClarity Orchestrator virtual appliance, configuring XClarity Orchestrator (including authentication, network, date and time, and security settings), and connecting resource managers.
  • Setting up the resource managers
    Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator leverages resource managers to collect device health, inventory, and metrics and to perform management and provisioning tasks on devices in your data center. The resource managers are installed on devices in your data center and can be distributed across multiple sites where your devices are located, which results in fast response times and low latency.
