SIM selection and APN settings (Japan)
Use this section to understand how to select the SIM plan and configure the APN settings.
SE350 only supports Nano-SIM card form-factor. Standard SIM and Micro-SIM are not supported.
SE350 only supports 4G (LTE). 2G, 3G, and 5G are not supported.
SE350 only supports native SIM. IOT and MVNO SIM are not supported.
SE350 only supports USIM. ISIM is not supported.
Make sure the SIM card includes a Data Plan service.
Obtain the APN, User name, Password, and Authentication Protocol information from your carrier or SIM provider.
Perform a factory reset to the wireless enabled LOM package before configuring the APN settings. Login to the XCC web UI, then navigate to “Edge Network” -> “Reset to Factory Default”.
