Eight 2.5-inch hot-swap drive cable routing

Use this section to understand how to route cables for eight 2.5-inch hot-swap drive model.

Note
  • Connections between connectors; 11, 22, 33, ... nn

  • When routing the cables, ensure that all cables are routed appropriately through the cable guides and cable clips.

Eight SATA/SAS drives (Software RAID)

Note
When an M.2 adapter is installed, eight SATA/SAS drives configured with software RAID is not supported.
