Could not log in using LDAP account with SSL enabled
Complete the following procedure to solve the problem:
Make sure that the license key is valid.
Generate a new license key and log in again.
Network connection is lost or with degraded performance
Complete the following procedure to solve the problem:
Network connection may be lost or with degraded performance with exposure to conducted and/or radiated frequency. Take appropriate actions in this case.
Network settings can not be changed
Complete the following procedure to solve the problem:
Go to , and check if the system is configured as following:
- In Network Interface Port, Dedicated is set.
 - In Fail-over Rule, Failover to Shared NIC is set.
 - In , Independence is set.
 
- If the system is indeed configured so, go to , and select Shared NIC.
 - Change network settings as you plan, and save the settings.
 - Go to , and select Dedicated.
