1. Ensure indicated front panel UPI Cables are connected to the correct port.
2. Ensure all sideband cables are connected.
3. Reseat indicated front panel UPI Cable.
4. Reseat all external UPI Cables.
5. Reseat all internal UPI Cables.
6. If the problem persists, collect Service Data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
