Remove the front bezel

Use this information to remove the front bezel.

Power off the server for this task

Before removing the front bezel:

1. If the server is in a rack, remove it from the rack.

2. Remove any locking device that secures the server cover, such as a Kensington lock or a pad lock.

3. Remove the server cover (see Remove the server cover).

1. Remove the front door (see Remove the front door).
2. Lift the three plastic tabs to release left side of the bezel from the chassis; then, pivot the bezel as shown to remove it from the chassis.
