Ansible modules

This section covers basic information about modules and lists the currently available Lenovo ThinkAgile CP modules for Ansible.

Modules are the basic blocks of Ansible. They are commonly used in playbooks or roles to achieve a variety of tasks, but they can also be executed as single actions directly on remote devices using the ansible command.

• Ansible Modules: tacp_datacenter
  The tacp_datacenter module creates or deletes virtual datacenters (VDCs).
• Ansible Modules: tacp_instance
  The tacp_instance module creates or deletes application instances from the ThinkAgile CP stack.
• Ansible Modules: tacp_network
  The tacp_network module creates or deletes VLAN or VNET networks and provides NFV details and static DHCP bindings to VNETs.
• Ansible Modules: tacp_info
  The tacp_info module retrieves information about application instances, application groups, categories, datacenters, firewall profiles, marketplace templates, migration zones, sites, storage pools, tags, users, and virtual networks (VLANs and VNETs).
