Power off the rack solution

Use this section to power off the rack solution.

The location of the power button and the status of the power LED for each component are specified in:
To place the rack solution in a standby state:

  • Start an orderly shutdown using the operating system (if supported by your operating system).

  • Press the power button on the individual component to start an orderly shutdown (if supported by your operating system).

  • Press and hold the power button on the individual component for more than 4 seconds to force a shutdown.
