Cannot log in directly to the management controller
Use this information to troubleshoot issues when logging in directly to a management controller .
- Ensure that the password is correct and that the Caps Lock and Number Lock keys are not on.
- Ensure that the credentials match those stored on Lenovo XClarity Administrator.
- Ensure that the management-controller version is compatible with XClarity Administrator.
- Ensure that only one XClarity Administrator server is managing the management controller.
