Installer fails with error message

On rare occasions, the Lenovo XClarity Integrator Add-in installer fails and displays an error message.

The error usually occurs when the installer runs for the first time on a system.

If the installer fails, perform the following steps:
  1. Close the message window to stop the installation.
  2. Run the installer again.

After running the installer a second time, it will work correctly, and the Lenovo XClarity Integrator Add-in will be installed.
